Almost never get them. It's literally maybe happened less than 50 times in my whole life.

An interesting fact is that women are much more likely to experience headaches than men. The difference is especially pronounced with migraines, which are 3 to 4 times more common in women than men. The global prevalence of migraines is about 20.7% in women compared to about 9.7% in men.

Changes in estrogen levels especially during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause are linked tonight increased headache frequency in women.

Sometimes but not often. It's usually dehydration and or tiredness. I will sometimes get home and go have a 40 minute nap (40 winks in my home tongue) to recover and that usually does the trick. A hot cuppa and some biscuits can be the trick too at times

Depends upon my workload stress factor. And I also find that if I'm using my cell phone a lot during the day I've got my head tilted down a certain angle which causes strain on my neck which will cause headaches. I've learned to do several types of neck stretches to eliminate the headaches. And also headaches can also because of dehydration or hunger.
