That is exceptionally low risk unless your male partner is extremely poor about personal hygiene. Slightly greater risk if he is uncircumcised with poor hygiene. What is more common is that unprotected sex to completion changes the pH of the vagina, proviides nutrients and results in repeated flares of uncontrolled so called yeast infections. Dry health skin in a person with a normal immune system is a inhospitable environment for yeast. Which is why most partners exposed to it don't get infected.

@strateguy632 no to be clear yeast infections are not infections. Candida albicans live full time in the vaginal environment. Balanced with some bacterial strains. When something upsets the balance suppressing the bacteria or promoting the yeast. Women get the symptoms. Male gentailia does not support candida colonization. Unless there is a lot of moisture, skin oils and dead skin debris around the glans. Left unwashed for a really extraordinary amount of time. So theoretically if you had that problem and had intercourse that woman might have a large increase in fungal colony counts. Which may give her the symptoms. So... You can't give it back and forth. But penetrative intercourse is by nature something that can disrupt the balance. And trigger the overgrowth and result in the symptoms. What is more common is that seminal fluid is meant to make that environment better for sperm to survive which coincidentally is good for candida. That is the most commonly the reason that women tend to think their partner gave them yeast infection. Theoretically a dirty enough penis without any ejaculation could cause it but it's an extremely unlikely set of circumstances. So... No it's not an infection like a cold or an STI that you can share. It's always there. The overgrowth is the "disease" we treat. Although men with broken skin and or immune problems can get a transient skin infection that is itchy if they have sex during a flare of a yeast infection. Again not really an infection in how people think of this.

This has happened to me because of her and the doctors thought I was crazy basically and didn’t do any blood test for it since they are oblivious to things like this it seems like these days, doctors aren’t as well informed of things as the old doctors were so I had to take the Oral medicine that’s meant to kill the same bacteria That women get there
