I have a double bed though I'm single, so I have 2 pillows. I buy foam pillows they give me the right height to sleep when new, but I also like to put my arm under the pillow, and I sleep on both of them, on my side.

I have six on my bed and use one at a time. I switch to different ones during the night so I always have a cool one upon which to rest my head.
