Jesus Christ washed his disciples feet at the last supper. I had my FIRST pedicure today and my toenails never look so good. Don't men get pedicures?

I read Kobe Bryant got pedicures regularly, so why shouldn't I do it too. Always ashamed to take my Yoga socks off in Yoga class. No more! I intend to keep that up. Never thought the improvement would be so dramatic! I gave my foot and hand care people a large tip as the work is tedious

My reference to Jesus Christ washing feet only meant to show Jesus's humility in doing that. I felt the task of doing a pedicure is somewhat humbling, and I want to show my appreciation to pay them very well for their service

I wash my own feet 😆, and do my own pedicure. I regularly give my feet the full treatment, because there's a saying "Take care of your feet, so they can take care of you."

I also regularly give myself a manicure, because I like to keep my nails short. Not to female standards, but my nails are the way I like them.8

Aye, that's perfect for me. Due to fused vertebrae in my back and a botched surgery to my legs I can barely reach my right foot and I cannot get to the left one. I will check for a local shop.

@dongie Great idea! My people were Vietnamese, and were EXCELLENT. I paid with my Debit card and gave each girl 20.00 tip as I feel is is deserved and earned!

Some men do. I've seen them come in with their wives/gfs and they get their feet and toenails taken care of.

Did you get any polish put on your hands or feet or did you just leave them natural?

@Flower7 They both just did a 'standard' mani/pedi and no polish of any kind. I have to tell you I was somewhat uneasy at having someone work on my feet like that! The girl used a 'defoliant on my feet as I know they get 'dry. I guess that is the normal reaction of some men who have never had a pedicure. Never have my toenail looked so good. I will try to have it done every month or so or as needed

No idea in hell what your comment means? No link whatsoever, just the fact that Jesus did a humbling thing by washing the feet of his Disciples. I think for a woman to do a pedicure is something that MOST women would not do, and I will always try to pay them well, as I would not want to do that task for any amount... Men have gross feet
