What's your "trick" to get yourself to pee like at a doctor's office or before a long car trip? What's your success rate?

Probably going to sound odd, but I rub my clit. Not in a sexual way to get off, but it usually makes me need to pee even if my bladder isn’t full. I’d say doing that has a 70% success rate.

No trick , Im 68, I just have to walk past a restroom and ill need to go back and use it. I can tell you that the rest areas and towns along I90 hiway are spaced just about right. I only drink 1 cup of coffee on travel days.
