Never had any issues with blood pressure.
always around 110ish / 60-70 ish.
I don’t take meds. And don’t like going to doctors. The times I went, they knew nothing.
my cholesterol was borderline… doctor was fast to prescribe me meds. I said no. And just take holistic herbs. After 6 months, watching what I eat. Bach to normal.
I don’t have any other health issues … so I don’t go to the doctor every year.

Besides my heart I'm also on meds for high blood pressure. It runs about 120/80 plus or minus 5-6

I never had any of these symptoms. My blood pressure had been rising over the last few years. i had borderline hypertension. I kept it under control with diet and exercise for a few years but the doc finally got me to take medication.
I did notice that my blood pressure was always highest when I first woke up. It dropped considerably after my workout so that is when i used to measure it.

  I have another medical condition which causes hypertension. So, one week my systolic can be 191 and the next week 121. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes but my average blood pressure now is 130/60 120/60

  126/76 is a normal Baseline Blood pressure.
  I wouldn't trust a nurse that isn't even a registered nurse to say it's okay.
  Does she know that you are on Blood thinners?
