Whats it say about a man who doesn't believe women in pain even when there's evidence?

Ex. Being pregnant : back pains, loosing hair, teeth deteriorating, etc and a man will say women are overreacting but women understood that a kick to the balls hurts even though it just appears to just be a flabby sack of fat with no obvious nerves or reason for it to hurt and be one of the most painful things to hit on a man. Not all males are dumb enough to say this but for sure all males think it. 1) What does it say about a man that does this? 2) how should I test him to see if he thinks this way?

Obviously if anyone is in discomfort it's easy to recognize hopefully if I am around I'd try to see there was anything I can do to ease their discomforts
