Define regularly. I haven't had a prescription for any medicine in 45 years or so. For over the counter stuff I can go a few months or more without any. When I do take something it could be several times in a row.

I avoid taking anything at all.

Nope. I'm very happy to be in my 60's and not on any pharmaceutical drugs. Also very happy that I've not had any "vaccines" since 1996

No I try to avoid it at all cost. Haven’t had a flu shot since I was 18. Don’t take the covid shots either. Don’t take Tylenol or ibuprofen.
