How are medicines supposed to keep up?

The flu and covid are mutating so much! Like how are we supposed to keep up? It’s never gonna stop. It’s so frustrating.

And keep up i mean with vaccines, medicines, because it keeps mutating and becoming unaffected by the current vaccines or medicine

Vaccines can cause horrible life long side effects. I was fine until I got the COVID vaccines and have been sick 🤢 ever since. Bad sick!!!
As far as medicines go, you have to get sick to know what medicine you need and probably will have to have a doctor visit, depending on what you come down with.
Don't get so obsessed with trying to get everything you can do you don't end up sick.
Getting a pneumonia vaccine once every 5 years is a good thing.
But as far as flu shots and vaccines go, I stopped taking those because I don't trust what they are putting in them.
It's up to you though.
Just don't obsess over it.

I have a terrible immune system, it doesn’t work. I easily get sick. I even can get fevers just staying home

Exactly why the vaccines were not effective to begin with, its impossible with how many strains there are.

Certain viruses like cold flu's mutate to quick to be able to have an effective vaccine but thankfully the least heavy mutations spread the easiest so these over time are minor.

No they didn't, those in my family who took it had the same or worse effects. My dad had heart issues shortly after the vaccine but thankfully because he didn't take the mRNA one it went away after a few weeks. Me and my mom both didn't take it, we had the same symptoms as my dad. My aunt did take it including every booster, she was sick for 3 weeks when she got corona.

They were not sick. My dad hasn't had any heart issue prior the vaccination or long term. Only within weeks after getting his second dose. As for the virus itself, obviously we were sick during the following flu season as is usual there just wasn't a difference in favor of those vaccinated. They at minimum got it as severe and as long as the unvaccinated family members.

Other example, my dads friend has a daughter who got hospitalized by her dose. So thats already 2 people I know in my own circle, and then tons of reports online and an extreme amount of reports in vaers.

No, it's never going to stop. This is evolution in action. Current vaccines will protect against most of the current strain, but some will survive and reproduce. When they become widespread, we need to create a new vaccine.

I didn't get convid once (except omicron which was a headache for a week - big deal). And I was around the squalor of the public throughout the pandemic.

Last time i checked medicines are rarely given for viral infections unless it's causing deadly symptoms. Antibiotics only work on bacterial infections.
