A well balanced diet has always been my goal. So everything is on the menu.

And I've used whey protein a few times but I find I don't really need it. I'm trying to maintain a lean muscle physique not build bulk for the sake of bulk. I get the protein I need from a healthy diet of whole foods.
Whichever is the most convenient tbh & doesn't cause me allergic reactions. Right now it's tuna despite the mercury innit.
Chicken and fish very occasionally, but I avoid the rest. I don't like the idea of ingesting cancer inducing meats.

How much mango you need to eat to get 45g protein in a day? Can you even eat that much?
@itsannalee 7 Mango's have 19 grams of protein. no worries I have been doing this for a very long time. Yes unlimited fruit you can eat if you stick to eating fresh food and not combine it with highly processed or packaged foods. Edamame is high too.
It's not protein per se... it'a amino acids. The science is there to uncover.
I eat the large Mango's... 11-15 gm or more.
Lol i’m not worried about you, just you give false information. If mango had 19 g of protein, bodybuilders would be blending mango instead of whey. 😂 But no, it’s only around 0.8 g per 100 g.

Beef. Very versatile, easy to cook, tasty.
Pork is good, but is always a bit the same.

Fish is not my favourite, just didn't grow up with it.
Since you skipped lamb/mutton I said beef, but I'd rather set to on a leg of lamb roasted or a slow cooked shank.

I like all of them. My least favorite is beef. I really like Asian preparations for tofu.

Kangaroo fillet is my favourite. Either that or venison. Quite similar meats, actually.
