It's perfectly normal, yeah. It happens.

It all depends on genetics, and some people just get the, "You know what? Fuck hair!" gene, and the result is starting to go bald early in life.

I was only 19 when I realized that I not only had a receding hairline, but also a developing bald spot. What sucked even more was that I had long hair, which I loved, but I ended up having to accept the inevitable. So, I chopped it off, donated it, and by age 22, I was shaving my head.
