I feel like I answer this question every day on here, but here I go again.
We have a home gym; I only go to the public gym to swim and only during female-only hours. I would never go with creepy gym men hanging around; they are the worst!
I get most of my exercise outside of a gym. I like to run, bike outside if it is nice, In cooler weather I swim at an indoor pool. They all are great for cardio so I try to get to a gym on campus a couple of times a week to do some strength training, but I prefer to be outside for exercise

Often but not lately since I've been running and biking outdoors.

I don't go to gyms, instead... workout at home
at least four days a week... or at least a little bit of something, every day
Free weights. Bench. Powercage in my garage. Also an exercise bike.
Some days I wonder why I even leave the house.
Three times a week. I split my workouts into arms and shoulders, back and chest, and legs.
@Extraterrestrial1999 The work I do is plenty of exercise 💃
Three weeks a day
I try to go twice a week.
3 or 3 days a week.
