The easiest way to explain it in practical terms is that our bodies produce testosterone while we are the most competitive with other men. So think 20-40 somewhere. Physical peak, 20s being highest.
Things you do to keep you competitive is the natural fuel for it. Sleep well. Eat well. Exercise. Stimulate your mind and body with new experiences.
Biological age is a thing. By staying in good shape you can rewind your biological clock several to a dozen or so years. Meaning that even now in your early 30s you can have your mid 20s level of testosterone by basically living an active healthy life that keeps your biological age young.
Meanwhile if you wanted to lose it, laying on a couch eating junk food would be a pretty quick way.
Weight lifting of course.
There is also Clomid it tricks your brain into believing it doesn't have testosterone in your body and your testicles will start making it.
Its your internal testosterone not coming from an external source like steroids.
A lot of body builders use it because they want kids and it helps rest their testicles from the steroid usage.

No it's like an estrogen or something. It tells your brain that you don't have testosterone so your balls with start working in overdrive.
Normally estrogen tells your brain that you have enough stop making it, but Clomid tells your brain it doesn't have any. there's others that are similar to it.
There's also anastrozole which gets rid of left of testosterone you might need that with clomid

You want to convince your body to produce more testosterone. Best way to do that is exercise... regularly. Push yourself but not too hard. Start easy and gradually increase over time.
Good diet, lots of sleep, and never skip leg day.

Well its hard to do that rn mine pretty low and mine body its like running on empty. I got no energy
