I don’t have a very big appetite and if I have a roast, with one slice of meat or one potato extra, (3 slices of meat and 3 roasted potatoes and a piece of roasted pumpkin); I end up throwing up after dinner. It’s not vomit either, it’s milk or gravy or phlegm usually.

Try eating slower, and not as much food.
You can eat 6 small meals per day instead of the bigger ones.
Yes, you might have acid reflux.
But your digestive system might be slowing down your motility which will cause the food to stay in your stomach longer and then it will come back if you're too full and drank milk with it.
It's called gastropersis and it's a medical condition I have been suffering with for 26 years!
