What foods did you eat which made you gain so much weight? Do you still eat them? I struggle to believe that it is a quantity problem.

A lot of fast food. Chilli's triple dipper meals, Chinese food, pizza, burgers, fries, soda, ice cream, etc. I've stopped eating them. I cut out fast food completely.

Imagine installing a 3-way valve into the esophagus and with the flip of a switch, all your swallowed food will pour into a compost bag. Ahem. Weird idea. You know it's not the problem of whether the food was made fast or slow, but the problem is ingredients used in fast food. Oxidized oils and unwashed pesticides on foods are just as bad on high effort dishes. Not trying to be a smart ass but maybe it's something you overlooked. Chinese foods, burgers, pizza, fries are all low in sugar and can be made without toxic unsaturated vegetable oils. Even soda and ice cream can use monk fruit or stevia.
