When I was a child, I never took care of my teeth. Now that I'm older (not much older) it's something that I'm ashamed and embarrassed about. Is there an effective way to whiten my teeth without going to the dentist?

Whitening strips. Keep in mind it makes your teeth sensitive, might want to buy a tooth mousse. :) Refrain from drinking a lot of tea & coffee.

Crest White Strips (Advanced) with Sensodyne toothpaste. Follow the directions to a T. Also brush, floss, and mouthwash 2x a day.

Whitening strips are a quick fix but nothing will help you more than righting a bad habit.

I'm with you a hundred percent. I regret not taking care of my teeth either and now the only thing I can think to do is to tell the younger people in my family to take care of them as best as possible.
