Special K protien shakes question?

Hi:) I'm trying to lose weight but I would like a bigger butt. I work out in the gym every other day or I play bball practice the days I have it. But will these shakes make me fatter. I will only drink them either after I workout or before bed. I'm 5'11 and 145 pounds. I don't want to get bulky or fatter either. I want the scale to be lower in weight also.
