It really depends on your body type. If you are a person who has really small frame, then you might be fine at 110-125lbs. If you are average, then maybe 130-145lbs. With a larger frame you could be fine anywhere from 150-175lbs. Again, this all depends on frame and body type.
I wouldn't go by weight, but by how you look. If you are on the higher end, but look really good, then you are probably okay. I find the answers to be on the low end, but that's probably because most young people will weight that much. Once you get into your twenties higher weights are more normal.

Everyone is giving really low answers! I am almost 5'3'', and I'm 120 pounds. I am a size two, albeit with a 34D bra size. Most of my friends are significantly larger than me -- 120 pounds for someone 5'7'' would be very thin. You're looking at 140ish or even more if you have nice curves.
Too many variables.
Personally, I'm 5'7 - 5'8 and weigh 143lbs.
I'm still not 100% happy, I'd like to get down to 135-136lbs.
but I'm already quite pleased, over the past 18 months I've dropped 30lbs.
Ideal? Depends on bone/muscle structure. Without much muscle probably in the 110-125 range. Someone who does a lot of resistance work might look as good 15 lbs heavier? But there's a range above ideal that's still 'good'.
For a woman that tall, anything over 130 lbs is too much.

I'm that height too! I was 130lbs at my heaviest but personally I didn't like that I like to be around 115lbs but currently I'm 108 so I'm trying to gain some weight.
I am the same height. I am 160lb and feel WAY too fat, I want to be 119lbs.
I think weight doesn't matter until you start LOOKING over weight.
when you start to get rolls then you'll know
More than 170 lbs
something above a size 12
That depends entirely on her height
