When I was a teen, it was training for my professional sport. Nothing better than training hard after a hard day at school. I think I'd be 100 times better off if I could bring back that mindset.

Going through my lazy phase so I don't really do anything (ideally would take a long shower and use my fav products and pamper myself)
So the quick thing I do is try to ease my brain into zen mode, if that makes sense. Sometimes that means putting the phone away long enough to stop overthinking or ruminating thingsI watch a few of my favorite YouTube channels, or draw. I recently got back into reading novels and it's very relaxing.
