There's a saying that rings true:

When you are young, you want to be special.
When you are old, you want to be regular.

And, by "regular" we mean a lot of things including "going to the bathroom at the same time every day".

At my age, it is both a blessing and a curse that I am regular, so, I pretty much have to get up at the same time every morning whether I want to or not.

I can go to bed at midnight, and I'm back up like this morning at 7:00 a. m. and for me that is late. Lol

I get up at the same time each day regardless of my job, I never work mornings. I’m usually awake between 8.30am/10.30am.

4:30 to 7:30. She got a dog think’s she needs to go outside or she wants my side of the bed. Her wake up call is a slap on the head or a few light scratches on the arm or stomach. She never bark well only after certain dogs that she hates.

I love waking up early. So I still wake up around 5 a. m. to 6 a. m. even if I don't have to go to work.
