7 to 7.30 am. I usually put in a half hour's work before taking my daughter to school. The rest of the day, I work flexible hours. I find I'm more productive in the morning than the afternoon.

  if I sleep at 10pm then I would wake up at 6am but if I sleep at 3 am then I would wake up at 9am. it's either 9am or 6am
