Work days a bit after 6 am though I sometimes wake (this morning for example) earlier than 6 which is annoying. Weekends and holidays it's not that much different BUT I tend to stay in bed and snooze for longer

7.30 h. During the winter and early spring, that's approximately the time when the sun rises over the Mediterranean sea. It signals a new day and gives me a boost of energy to take on the rest of the day.

I notice that my body prefer to wake up around 7-9am on average. But it doesn't mean anything to me. I only wake up at that time because I go to sleep around 8hours before that.

Right now my routine has swimming at 6:00 am, So I Get up around 5:15-5:30..
But after that I return at 7 and go to sleep again by 9 and wake up at 12 noon..
