No, the vast majority of women are not capable of it. They may be able to shoot a deer given the right circumstances, but there is so much more to it than that. It's hard work getting into the right terrain, finding a deer, and getting into the right position to have a good shot at it. But the hard work comes after the deer has been shot and you have to process it and pack it out. There are very, very, very few women capable of that. All things considered, women are not capable of being deer hunters.

With enough load-bearing equipment and knowing how to utilize it, a few could make truly excellent ones due to their skill with surface appearances and a light touch. Most are completely unsuitable for it due to not being able to haul the deer, prioritizing completely inappropriate things and not leaving those things behind, such as the scents from wearing perfumes or fruity lip balms.
Deer hunting skill is not dependent on gender (however you choose to define it). You need patience, stealth, marksmanship and the ability to stay calm.
It seems like they would be to me. I've heard from snipers that women can make excellent snipers because they tend to fidget less than men and have superior color perception.
I know quite a few girls on shooting squads, quite a few wins comps. It’s more about those willing to take a life than sex of the shooter.
"Would be"? My good friend, of the 600,000 or so people that hunt in my State I'd say about a third of them are gals.
There is literally no reason women can't deer hunt, and deer hunt well.Country girls I think can be for sure. City girls? Not so much.
I know a few ladies who are great deer hunters.
