The internet. It is a broad answer, but that's because learning skills efficiently means using different sources.
For example:
- Learning a language could require you using Duolingo, YouTube, studying, Google Translate, online forums, books, movies/shows, and talking to people in real life or websites like Omegle.
- Coding would be YouTube, online forums, looking at online college courses (you don't need to register to do that), and using something to push yourself, so that you can get experience whether it's HTML for making a website or C for Unreal Engine.
It just requires experience and you finding out what's best to use for you to learn in time. Also, I would look on Reddit for people's advice of what to use and consider them.
