Hands down: bodysurfing! But most of you probably already know that about me lol I love anything to do with the ocean. Immersing myself in that mass of moving, surging water, rising up over the swell of a wave I don’t take to get a clear view of what else is coming in that set of waves, deciding which wave to take, kicking off to catch the chosen wave. Then, if I’m lucky, popping up to the top of that wave…the view if the world from there before the adrenaline rush of going over the falls, then being tossed like a rag doll in the white water until slowing down and washing up in the shore, laughing and full of joy bc it was a GOOD ride! Then take a moment, take a breath, dive forward and swim back out looking for another, even better ride. Later, hitting Taco Bell and comparing experiences of the day with my brother and our friends. A great day for all of us!

Sadly I could never do that… Be afraid of drowning out there. I definitely feel the immense joy from this activity especially how you phrase popping up on top of the wave on your board looking at the world from a different perspective, feeling a rush of adrenaline, being tossed like a rag doll, washing upon shore, and laughing full of absolute fun joy you had then sharing the day’s events with your brother & your friends sharing each other’s stories while munching on tacos together really a beautiful thing. I’m definitely giving you IMHO once the option comes up, that was a delight to read.

Thanks , Wacky! I would like to clarify, I don’t board surf, it’s all just with throwing my body into the wave, thus bodysurfing. A lot of bodysurfers use fins to add power to their kicks, I prefer not to…just the limbs God gave me. Would love to hear your favorite activity?

@Caroline91 Yeah now looking back, rag doll makes more sense when you are just going at it with the waves lol. Still very fun activity you got for yourself, brother, and your crew. Very nice.

My favorite activity is MUSIC! I remix music, try to clean up old music to sound a bit more crisp, look into music history / research different bands, love rock n roll, and have a pretty sizable collection of my own involving music. I do have other hobbies/activities I love, music just seems to be the key thing I guess.

@Caroline91 R&B is not my top genre to tell you the truth, and the only thing I like as R&B is Motown stuff. Old Country, Rock n Roll, Metal, Rock, and others are more in line with my tastes.

I like to write poetry and do art creations but I usually only do poetry when I'm in a poetry class and I usually only do art creations when I'm part of an art creation group where a leader is guiding our creative work.

I also like to analyze art work but once again, I only do that when an instructor is guiding my analytical work.

And I like to analyze literature for psychological paradigms but I only do it when I'm guided by a class instructor.

I also like to collect wisdom quotations from different cultures.

I also like to host lectures and conversations about human nature, but I only do that in a formal setting.

Writing, reading, music and art. I don't know, I’ve just always been drawn to the different forms of communication, to languages, etc. I love exploring patterns in communication, aesthetic details, and all that nerdy stuff.

I love playing video games, and i find them exciting, but sometime i sweat and get anxious if it is difficult to win especially if it is a racing game. I get angry if something happens that is unfair.

@DarkLegacy I am a gamer myself, so this I totally relate to. Sometimes you get into the heat of competition then once you fall flat due to an unfair move, it does make it difficult to not get upset lol. Racing games, fighting games, survival, sandbox, etc. all those genres I love.

Secondly, I do birdwatch by the principle “it has to find me”. I have binoculars and I love taking pictures then researching each bird’s song & name.
