How deeply do you sleep at night?

Pretty deep. I usually wake up to alarms, but sometimes the noise blends into whatever dream I'm having and I miss it. I'm in habit so I'll wake up within a few minutes of my alarm anyway, but it is frustrating and scary sometimes to know something could happen and I might not wake up.

My husband is a super light sleeper which is nice to counter that lol. His alarm is just the silent vibrate & he wakes up immediately & turns it off bc he thinks it's loud. 😭 Love him but it's annoying sometimes he gets to wake up AND fall asleep so easily..

Last m- okay listen, this gonna get weird but it's important. So the night before, had spicy wings and was hot as hell so i chugged milk... with a bowl of beans. gave me devil's gas and had to go to an interview later that morning. So i didn't sleep well, so when I got home yesterday morning, i slept HELLA deep. Like Damn... i overslept my usual time I get up. So if there's no bullshi or edible poison in my stomach... i sleep not too deep.

Sometimes I have these vivid dreams, it’s pleasant sometimes, but other times it’s very deep nightmares that I find myself impossible to awake from.

The brains activity even when I’m asleep, in my subconscious, is truly outstanding and scary at the same time.
