I didn't understand why the question went under sexuality. I have had posted it under health and fitness section.

On a good night, usually 6-8 hours. Though if I'm tired enough, I can sleep 9-10 hours!

Not as long as I'd like. I have my father's genes and he always slept about 5-5-1/2 hours a night. I do the same... 5-6 hours.
