  Yeap. I rarely sleep due to nightmares. So if I want uninterrupted sleep, I drink. Not healthy but no worse than not sleeping for days on end.

  Try buying a few sheep and building a course where they need to jump. Place your bed nearby and start counting. Works for me everytime. Only problem is that I wake up when it is raining (which is most of the time). Result: I am awake and I have to drink :-)
