I try for 7.5- 8. I need to work on that- I;ve been shorting myself. Of course, years ago, I was on a weekly rotating shift. Week 1, shift 1. Week 2, shift 2. Week 3, shift 3. Week 4, back to shift 1. Week 5, shift 2, Week 6, shift 3. Week 7, shift 1, etc and so on. Net effect? Every 21 days I got 20 nights of sleep and I'm still suffering for it.
It depends. It's like I'm a dolphin recently. If I try to go to bed early (before 11 p. m.), I'd wake up around 2 a. m. and then fall asleep when in the morning.

I usually sleep around 7H every night. Last weekend for some reason I was extremely tired. I slept quiet well at night woke up in the morning and ended up going back to sleep after some time and slept until 4PM.
These days around 5-6. I want to sleep longer since I don't wake up so well but I can never manage much longer. When I was in my 20s, I would sometimes sleep like 14 hours on a weekend.
Lol nuh, I wish I had that problem but it’s other things. Typically I have 4-7 hours on a work day. So it’s nice on days I can catch up on lack of sleep by sleeping in
