No, never!
I pride myself to never get drunk or intoxicated and thus, I always know where I am and what I am doing.
When traveling abroad, the morning of the first night away from my home, I may not remember where I am because I don't remember the place until I get my bearings again. That might take a few seconds.
I never stay overnight at birthday parties or other gatherings and thus, I always end at my place and so I know where I am. Since I don't drink, I don't get any hangovers and don't do things I may regret later.

I have. I once woke up at home in Laurel Canyon with no idea how I got there from SF.

  I am sorry. It is about 400 miles from Los Angeles (which is where (Laurel Canyon is) to San Francisco. It is about 5 hours by car, and 1.5 hours by plane.

  oh you meant in general lol i just reread the question. most of the time it was just random places my dad took me to as a kid
  
  as a teen, it happened twice. i got shitfaced once and woke up at a neighbor's tree house. the other time i got roofied at a party
