Gamers, what is your favorite survival horror game of all time?

For me i think it's a toss up between Silent Hill 1&2 vs Fatal Frame 1&2. I know there have been other games that have come out in both those series that brought down the quality (especially Silent Hill) of the name, but the first two of each series was amazing for it's time.

I also know these are older titles, but I am older and these were games of my time.
