Absolutely do! I am also a bit of a collector. A majority of my time for the last few years is playing Final Fantasy 14, but also play games like Grounded 2, Sun Haven, Starsand Island, Civilization 5 and 7, Bloomtown, and others.

Most of my free time goes into gaming with my boyfriend or solo sessions. I love co-op games, strategy titles, and big open worlds where I can just wander and explore. Sometimes I even take breaks to work on DIY gaming setups or read game lore. Gaming is my main hobby, but I still try to balance it with things like hiking, crafting, and board games with friends 😊

Infrequently. I have trouble committing nowadays. But I buy them anyway, thinking I’ll eventually get into them. Bought a PS5 two years ago…. maybe played it for about 24 total hours, I have games still in the wrapper, lmao. And most are sports games, so they’re cold product now.

I’ll just get random urges to get into a game, usually out of nostalgia, and I’ll really pour myself into it for a couple weeks, but then I’m over it. Just set up a Steam account like six months ago so I could play old Age Of Empires II, and I bought all these games that were on some sort of discount, mostly old school Sims or Sim City games; Shit I played half my life ago or more, haha.

Then I’ll play it, feel the feeling, then I’ll usually get caught up and go to bed way too late, and then I’ll realize how much time flies when I play. And at my age is when you start realizing you’re on the back-9 and don’t want to waste ANY time, haha. But I’ve got ‘em all in the stash in case I get snowed in or something, and then I’ll think I’m a genius for spending all that money😂

But all that said, I’ll definitely have GTA 6 the day it drops, lmao, and I might even play it😂

I stopped buying videos games when they replaced the 2D Games with 3D games, because I have difficulty navigating 3-D space, and the difficulty robs me of pleasure. I play two dimensional games online and they are usually free of charge unless you buy a premium membership.

Sure do. I miss the good ol days of MW2 pregame lobbies. Savage beyond belief. Halo 3 and Reach matchmaking and custom games soaked hours of my time.

These days its more single player arcade racers, Skyrim, and replaying Mass Effect for the 20th time.

No, but maybe I should. I think there's actually some merit to spacing out. Embrace non-doing, or doing without doing. Some spacing out may well be a good thing.
