Hello GAG Community !
Calling all fish lovers who else enjoys watching fish in a massive aquarium? Watching "Astronotus ocellatus" at night in the dark with just a soft room light is amazing. I used to have 20 of them at home, but I sold them all.

I kept fish in a small aquarium for a while. I kind of got obsessive with it. I went from one tiny half gallon betta tank to progressively larger tanks and more fish. I think my biggest tank was only ten gallons and i never had more than four fish.
I never really just sat and watched them, but i would sometimes play with my bettas. I was surprised at how much personality they had and how much they would interact.
if anything... I would prefer a big pond outdoors...
I had one a long time ago. He died 😔 😢

Watching fish glide through the water feels like a calm, real-life screensaver to me 🐟✨
I don’t have Oscars, but I’ve kept smaller fish in a planted tank, and I loved turning off the lights, leaving just a soft lamp on, and watching them explore. It’s super relaxing after gaming sessions and helps me chill.
If you ever set up a new tank again, that night-view vibe is totally worth it 💙
