I kept fish as pets for a while, and i adored them!
For food, i rarely eat fish and then only milder ones, like tuna or whitefish. Salmon is about as fishy as i can palate, but it still has to be prepared with a strong blend of other flavors. Otherwise it’s just too much.

Yeah.. tried over 15 fish species.. accompanied with a chimichurri, white wine butter or lemon butter caper sauce.. a mango pico de gallo with a blackened salmon for example is yummy too
