It's my favorite kind of protein. I love it more than anything!
I like shellfish the best - lobster, scallops, muscles, shrimp/prawns, crab. Clams can be good in sauces and certain seafood dishes.
I love many kinds of fish, too. I particularly like those with buttery flavor and tender texture like cod, sole, Chilean sea bass and trout.
My wife and I eat a lot of salmon, too.

And sushi can be really good.
