I hope this pandemic ends :/ I just recently god covid testing for the second time today, the line was so long it took us an hour until we finally got tested. Luckily the results were negative so that’s nice 😊

Racism probably won’t end in 2022 since it’s such a deeprooted issue and the popular groups fighting it now are relatively reformist. But I have hope we can fix climate change, I’m going to be joining non profits to help feed the people who need it in the meantime work for the world I desire ^

Im with you. This pandemic needs to end.
My pops injured his foot needed stitches.
Couldn't see his doctor. Went to the urgent care and was there for 4hrs because of all the covid cases.
I'm just got our of quarantine because several teammates tested positive.

Glad it happened during our break really hate if it would've happened when we had games scheduled

@GaGirls I play piano but I only have 2 years experience of it and I don't know how to compose music. I even need the notes or YouTube tutorials to learn a song. I can't even play more difficult pieces so I don't think it will count.

Oh. You could try "Score Creator" app. You can use it to come up with a melody and chords.
You could also try GarageBand or FLStudio. All are free. If you lay the chords first you can then play around with melodies by just plugging in notes that fit the words. You could also take one song you already know how to play and change the chords around a little and use that to write the song. Do you know basic music theory?

So not time signature nor how to make a chord? Well that is fine. You can look up chords on google if needed. If you want to find just a melody score creator would help a lot. You just pick notes. You don't have to know much and time signatures or the beats per bar will become obvious to you once you play around with it. If you have the vocal melody, you can have a piano teachers help with the rest. You can also just come up with the melody without any tools.

Could take months but it is impossible for you not to do it unless you stop focusing on it. As for a short term solution, try just attacking it. If you wait your paradigm will get in the way. As soon as you get the thought to do it, do it. If you start thinking your paradigm will get in the way. Or are you saying you are too busy? What is your #1 thing you want to do?

@GaGirls Well I stay inside often and lately I have been into fighting games and I thought to myself, why enjoy cool moves if you can learn them yourself, how fun would that be? That way I'll feel stronger and more confident. All I've been doing so far is going for a jog.

Okay so you want to make a decision? You want to learn martial arts for fun and for confidence. I think Judo is a great choice; but it sounds like any one of them will be fun and give you confidence. Which one stands out to you most? Which one do you find most alluring and mysterious?

You can check for both. If there are places for both in your area then call up both places and whatever gives you the better vibe or you like better go with that one. If all else fail just flip a coin. You can change your mind later if you find you don't like what you are learning. Just walk as far as you can see and when you get there you'll be able to see more.
