What do you want to see on GAG after New year starts?

As long as people respond to inane questions, people will continue to pose the same types of questions. We can't control one side (admin) and ignore the other side (people who fuel negativity and insensitivity). If everyone who made inappropriate posts and comments were to be blocked, there would be very few people left, though that might draw in people who would prefer a site of helpful people rather than one where people just get their kicks by pushing everyone's buttons. This could be a helpful forum (like ones for computers or plumbing or car repair, etc.) rather than a social media site for people to just seek validation or bash each other. Crudity of any kind has no place in a site designed for people to get help,

It is helpful to see people's patterns, so we know if we want to take the time to construct a well-thought-out response. Maybe people would stop posting anonymously if we stop responding to anonymous postings that don't relate to sensitive topics. It's very rare that I'll respond to anonymous postings anymore. If people want a well-thought-out response, they can take accountability for the questions they post.

If people already know the answer they want to hear, there's no need for them to ask the question. It would be nice if this were a site where people can expand on their perspective rather than just confirm their tunnel vision.

What if people were given links to similar questions before allowing them to post a question? That way, they may find the answer without the need for posting or the added information might help them focus in on the pertinent issues they would like to understand.

I actually just pray I will die in my sleep. Pretty painless like. But if I have to see another year... for the love of God will these people stop voting Democrat. You're already going broke people how much more money you going to send to Ukraine and print out? Doing a lot of good right? FFS... I'm back to just wanting to die in my sleep.

Truthfully. I would love to see people being blocked from repeatedly asking do you think this actress or model is pretty. How many times does one person have to ask these kind of questions.

I would also love for there to be an option where if someone post a photo of themselves completely naked, it is instantly flagged and deleted without anyone having to report the person. Kind of like Tiktok. I remember there were quite a few times, guys would be posting naked photos of themselves on here and it was just like, um do you not realise or care that there are kids on this site.

I would also love to have the option to block anonymous people.
