Whats your New Years resolution?

With the way 2023 went, I won't bother with any this year. 😭

I don't wait for times or occassions to come to feel I need to change.
Now certainly those occassions help, but in general they mean nothing to me.

Of course we utilize occassions and they add extra motivation/pressure, yet no real significance such as Holy Month of Ramadan for example.

And even in Ramadan, you utilize it, but don't wait all year for it to come. Rather prepare yourself to properly live and go througg that intensive training/change throghout the month.
And same goes for those who give significance for new year.

On here interact more with people and not just post a comment. Generally I spend the first two months on habit development and therefore read two books again because I didn´t remember much after just reading them.
Later in the year starts the second stage of implementing new habits like reading a book a month. Improving my social skills, learn Spanish on duolingo and spend at least 100 days in the app. I want to be able to do at least 100 pushups in a row by May.

I don't really participate in those, like I like to have a general vision but you can literally change your life at any point so why wait for the New Year.
