Is it normal to want your partner who works second shift up early and wake up when you do with no naps and running your marriage like boot camp ?

I went to a military reform school and basic training but I never made it passed private. I applied to be a drill Sargent several times but I didn't get the job.

My husband said it's not fair that I refuse to be quiet and if he says anything I throw tantrums like a three year old.

He should sleep when I sleep and get up when I decide no matter how tired he is. Naps are for lazy people. He said he's going to lose his job if I keep doing this.

Our marriage counselor said I need to be more considerate. If hubby doesn't like it he can leave.

But he won't leave. the cars are in my name and I control the finances. He said that since taking over the finances I act like a dictator and he wants separate finances or he is done. I found out he had his own secret checking account. I am angry he has been secretly getting Starbucks sometimes to get Christmas flavors before they run out. I forbade him for going there because the waitresses are very attractive and extra flirty with him there. He said I sound ridiculous.

Like they have this thing in basic training called the snake pit where they watch you eat and scream at you for eating wrong or eating too much. I have been implementing it in my marriage. He has been getting uncharistically mouthy. He was like what are you going to do next make me do role call?

He would never make it in the military. He said he's not and I need help for my control issues. it hurts his soul when I scream at him like he's in boot camp. It helped shape who I am. Why should it bother him so much. He shouldn't blow this out of proportion. He just has to follow orders and everything will be fine.

He was very upset that my mother accidentally took our car keys ignored his texts and took her sweet time bringing them back and he missed seeing his family and Christmas dinner at his favorite restaurant. They could come here but they don't like me.
