It depends on how religious/conservative you are. It also depends on if you're Christian, Muslim or any other faith. The majority of Swedish men are part of the protestant Swedish church from birth regardless of how religious they are. They would therefore be able to marry a woman of any ethnicity regardless of her religion. It might be more difficult if you are Muslim which I think the majority of kurdish people are (correct me if I'm wrong). Men are as far as I understand it only able to marry a Muslim woman if he converts. I can't imagine many Swedish men being interested in doing this. Women are statistically more willing to convert for a man than a man is for a woman. They might do it on paper just to legalise a marriage it depends on them. But I can't imagine them genuinely becoming part of the religion for a girl. Especially since Sweden is one of the most atheist countries on earth. There's of course also a lot of Swedish men just like other Europeans who hold a negative view on people from the middle east and Turkey. But most don't hold these views on a collective level.

In short: There is nothing in Swedish culture or law that prohibits a Swedish man from marrying interfaith, interracial etc. And if Kurdish culture also allows it then there shouldn't be any issues.

I'm glad that I made a fair presentation of the situation. I'm not Muslim I can only provide the other perspective. An atheist man and a Muslim woman just sounds like one of the least plausible pairing imaginable. But she should still try it if she's thinking of a specific person when writing this. Who knows it might work if one of them is willing to abandon many of their personal values.
