In Islam this is acceptable even if she does not convert given that Jews are also people "of the book" who know Abraham. The same counts for Christian women.

Of course, they have to marry to "be together".

Apart from this tradition, the Muslims themselves decide how they live their religion.

They can be together but it can get to conflicts because there are traditions of both that don´t fit together. If they and their families are liberal in their religion and tradition it might work otherwise it gets complicated.

Yes. According to Islam the man can date any woman no matter her religion but a muslim woman can only date a muslim man. That's what I've learned have no idea if it's true though..

Muslim men can only marry non-Muslim women who are Jewish or Christian. Atheist, deist, agnostic, pandeist, buddhist, manist, hindu etc. They cannot marry women of other religions.
