We have no breastaurants in Germany. It's not a viable business model in Europe.
@DryGermanGuy Even if they have the breast food, breast prices and breast service to go with it? Or some breast allocation of those three characteristics...
Let's face it, that whole concept is for prude countries. If you want to see tits here, you go to a beach, a nude tanning lawn or a sauna. Or straight to a redlight district.
People here expect a certain high quality of food, if you can provide this at a fair prices, the restaurant will work without skimpily-dressed waitresses.
You don't need them... I've seen some German waitresses in dirndls!!
Hooters? Is that still a thing? I don't think I've ever seen one in New England. I thought that was a shithole America thing, West Virginia, Alabama, those sort of places.
Just Googled it. Hooters declared bankruptcy in March 2025 under chapter 11 and restructured, taking control of 140 locations nationwide. Since then they have closed 56. That puts them at 84 remaining locations. There were 6 in New England at some point. MA (4), CT (1), and RI (1), all closed in 2025 - 2026.
The brand was run into the ground by a Private Equity buyer. The transaction effectively wiped out the ownership stakes of Nord Bay Capital and TriArtisan Capital Advisors, the private equity firms that had acquired the chain back in 2019 and loaded it with the debt that precipitated the bankruptcy. It is now back in the hands of the original founders/owners.
RIP Hooters. Another odd niche of Americana for the history books. Strip club lite for White Trash families.
I usually only went to Hooters for the sports. It was one of the places that showed UFC PPVs at no charge. The wings were decent enough.
The women were okay but the outfits are weird, not hot. I did like the culture. I was usually there with a small group of guys who liked ordering a pitcher and never filling their own glasses. That way the waitresses would swing by and do it. Some of the women were exceptionally charming. Others were obviously just going through the motions.
In the end, it was never for me about the women or the food. You could take all that away and i still would have gone for beers and battles.

Not sure who goes there. Doesn't seem family friendly ,"OK kids who wants to grab a burgers and look at tits?" Not exactly a place a guy should take date either.

I dunno about the UK, but in the US Hooters has a kids’ menu. They actually show very little skin. A little bit of pushed up top titty. When women wear that outside of Hooters, it’s “empowering”. So think of it as a feminist empowerment organization. 😂😂😂

The Hooters in my area had really good wings. Of course the waitresses were very pretty and also friendly. However, the Hooters closest to me closed several years ago and I haven't visited any of the other locations since then.
The last time I went to HOOTERS it was all about the food & when the manager came over to ask how everything was I suggested that he change the name of the restaurant to FLAT CHESTERS.
It certainly wouldn't be for the food.
The food is not good, in my opinion. I've only been to a few, but I was unimpressed. As for the waitresses, this depends on the location. The bigger the cities, the better looking the women are. There's simply more of a pool to draw from.
There is one about a half-mile from us- along with a dozen other chains with marginal food. We don't go there- we just can't afford to pay for marginal food.
I have never been to one. I drive by one sometimes and the parking lot is always empty I don't know how they stay in business

Years ago for both, but the women are no big deal? And it started getting very expensive years ago on the the food cheapened the quality of it, and I wasn’t satisfied
I didn't think there was anything so great about it , food was pretty ordinary when I went , but that was long ago..
As for going here in Thailand , Pattaya and Bangkok they have I believe = no way , overpriced.
Never ate there , from what I heard the food is nothing special or the waitresses. The last one closed up here so there’s no more around here anymore

Hooters had good food, but as is often said these days ownership changed, new owners went cheap on ingredients and the food quality dropped
