Is an Indian Girl marrying a guy settled in New Zealand a happy marriage?

The girl is earning in india and is middle class. However the guys parents are in India too and guy is in NZ. The guy now got PR visa and will come and marry the girl and both including family will go to NZ. Why did this guy not marry anyone in NZ?

Assuming the guy was also born and raised in India, why would there be any cultural differences? If the girl is traditional and the guy is more on the liberal side, it could pose a problem, but if they are getting married, they must have sought out their differences, right?

Do you like this guy? Do you guys have shared goals and values? Do you feel chemistry with him?

I presume the guy's parents must have wanted him to marry a girl born and brought up in India which is a common mentality among most Indian parents. If he married a girl who was raised in NZ, they may have different mindsets. Besides, he may just be compliant and satisfying his parents' wishes by marrying an Indian girl they chose for him.

All of this information is relatively insignificant compared to their chemistry. There may be some cultural differences, but most people can have a good relationship if they have shared values.
