First two years were exciting (good)
Next 3 years were effort but worth it
Next 5 years were hard grind but ok

Then my wife got sick

Next ten years have been a daily fight for our survival on a personal, relationship, health level. We've both had to spend time in ICU and I now have only memory of my right foot...

Maybe my life isn't typical, but I didn't expect to have the issues we've faced.

Love isn't enough if you're not both putting in 100% to the relationship.
