I am married but found lately someone is deeply in love with me?

Long story short, I am married and have 2 kids with a struggling marriage since a few years. Wife is aggressive but still loves me and so I am in same boat. An year ago I found that a girl (friend and colleague) is deeply in love with me. I am absolutely surprised to see actions of this girl who will do every little thing to make me happy, and she knows my marriage life issues partially. I am struggling with marriage for kids, and so my wife. However, when I see this girl, I feel like she is exactly what I ever wanted in my life. I am in extremely confused state often times. Even when I try to push her away, she says that I don't have to commit to her and we are good as friends but if things develop in this direction, she can wait for years. Maybe it sounds like a movie, but I am all going through it. In the end, I don't want any conclusions at the moment, but just want to hear what others would do in my situation.
