Is it weird to still want to get married when you don't want children?

I know a couple from my church who married and never had children. Always wondered why though marriage doesn't mean you need to have children.

Truthfully, all it really takes is a committed relationship to provide children with stability. A marriage certificate doesn’t guarantee stability. Neither does laking one guarantee instability.
