How have we sunk to the point where we actually glorify cold-blooded murderers? This is supposed to be a country with a government of law. Whatever your opinion of Mr. Thompson, he was a man with a wife and children, and he never had his day in court because Mangione decided that HE had the right to decide who gets to live and who must die, and whose children must be without their father! The US Constitution says that NO ONE shall be deprived of life or liberty WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW! NO MAN has the right to be judge, jury and executioner, and that includes the arrogant, self-important Mr. Mangione! Don't tell me about the profit-grubbing insurance companies. I agree. But that DOES NOT justify what Mangione did! Any woman who thinks that having committed a murder makes a man sexy is sick, sick, sick, and she deserves a killer for a husband!
