After almost 4 years of hard work, communication, patience and pure love, my boyfriend and I are about to be engaged! Finally, I could not be happier. He has the ring but it needs some adjustments and my parents live over seven hours away by car and an hour by plane. He wants their blessing, which is understandable. I realize many single ladies would give anything to be in my position but he gets overwhelmed sometimes with logistics due to Aspergers and it’s hard to nail my parents down. Want to do this right but I also don’t want this dragging on any more, and a few of the single ladies I prayed for early in my relationship are now married before me. Please advise, thank you!
