Is not impossible. I've been living in the Middle East for +10 years and from what I see around me Kurdish, Middle Eastern, Muslims etc tend to be very traditional, they might date out of their race but when it comes to marriage they like to stick to their own or marry someone from a similar background as them. With that being said I've been people from different faiths and ethnicities getting married out here too is just not as common. You should discuss this with him.
She's not Muslim, she's Yazidi, and she's the one who proposed marriage.
Are you okay with becoming Muslim like him? Are you both on the same page with everything? Have you met him in person to make sure he is not a scammer trying to get you to relocate to live off your money and put you slavery?

Thats a weirdly specific coupling. I'm an American with some Italian heritage. My brother married a Kazakh girl. That's obviously not the same, but they seem fine.
