What should I get my boyfriend's mom for her birthday?

i just met my boyfriend's mom yesterday.. she seems like a nice person, but we didn't talk much cause of something that happened with her family.. and her birthday is 3 weeks away.. and I don't know what to get her?

Get her flowers, you can't go wrong with that. Just a nice, bright bouquet of something. I would suggest not getting roses and instead getting a mixture or something of something else.
